隨著人口老齡化的加劇,心腦血管疾病,糖尿病,肥胖等疾病的發(fā)病率越來越高,進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致的壓瘡、褥瘡,甚至其他慢性潰瘍創(chuàng)面越來越多。傳統(tǒng)的傷口敷料,如紗布,已經(jīng)不能滿足慢性傷口的愈合需求。水凝膠敷料在醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域雖已被廣泛研究,但其強(qiáng)力低不適用于需要強(qiáng)力支撐的活動(dòng)部位,此外還具有透氣性差等缺點(diǎn)。靜電紡絲膜的無序排列也不具備靶向給藥的問題,這些都限制了材料的實(shí)際應(yīng)用。因此,開發(fā)一種具有定向給藥并且具有一定強(qiáng)度的傷口敷料具有重要意義。基于此,天津工業(yè)大學(xué)李婷婷副教授與臺(tái)灣逢甲大學(xué)林佳弘特聘教授和臺(tái)灣亞洲大學(xué)樓靜文特聘教授合作,在前期對微流控紡絲制備定向纖維膜的研究基礎(chǔ)上(Colloid Surface B 2023,229,113442),利用同軸微流控法構(gòu)建皮芯結(jié)構(gòu)載藥有序定向纖維膜,研究成果以“Coaxial Microfluidic Spinning Design Produced High Strength Alginate Membranes for Antibacterial Activity and Drug Release”為題發(fā)表在期刊《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》。

本研究通過同軸微流控紡絲法構(gòu)建載藥抗菌有序微結(jié)構(gòu)纖維膜,為多功能創(chuàng)面敷料的制備提供了一種思路。論文的第一作者為天津工業(yè)大學(xué)紡織科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院張瑩博士,天津工業(yè)大學(xué)李婷婷副教授和臺(tái)灣亞洲大學(xué)樓靜文特聘教授為論文的通訊作者。該研究得到國家自然科學(xué)基金、中國紡織工業(yè)聯(lián)合會(huì)研究基金和福建省自然科學(xué)基金的支持。
