東華大學(xué)纖維材料改性國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室自1992年建立以來,堅(jiān)持“開放、流動(dòng)、聯(lián)合、競爭”八字方針,在凝聚學(xué)科人才、促進(jìn)科研發(fā)展、構(gòu)筑研究平臺、擴(kuò)大學(xué)術(shù)交流等方面取得了顯著成績,2003、2008、2013年三次通過國家評估,2018年在第四次國家評估中獲評“優(yōu)秀類國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室”。
為促進(jìn)國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)合作和交流,擴(kuò)大國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室作為學(xué)術(shù)交流和科學(xué)研究中心的作用,提高所在領(lǐng)域的學(xué)術(shù)研究水平,根據(jù)《國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室建設(shè)與管理暫行辦法》、《國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室專項(xiàng)經(jīng)費(fèi)管理辦法》及實(shí)驗(yàn)室發(fā)展規(guī)劃,纖維材料改性國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室設(shè)立開放課題,誠摯邀請國內(nèi)外相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究人員進(jìn)行申請,鼓勵(lì)與本室固定人員聯(lián)合申報(bào)。所申請的開放課題將本著“公平競爭、科學(xué)評審、擇優(yōu)支持”的原則,經(jīng)專家組初審,主任辦公會審議,由實(shí)驗(yàn)室學(xué)術(shù)委員會審定。
現(xiàn)將2021年開放課題指南公布如下:
一、資助研究方向
1、高性能纖維與復(fù)合材料;
2、功能纖維與低維材料;
3、環(huán)境友好與生物纖維材料;
4、其他有助于提升實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究水平的基礎(chǔ)及應(yīng)用研究。
二、資助原則:
1、開放課題基金主要資助對象應(yīng)具有副高職稱及以上或博士學(xué)位,并在國內(nèi)外知名高等院校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)業(yè)部門中獲得一定工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的教學(xué)、科研及工程技術(shù)人員。為了鼓勵(lì)年青人才脫穎而出,優(yōu)先資助45歲以下的中青年專業(yè)人員作為課題負(fù)責(zé)人的研究項(xiàng)目,鼓勵(lì)與實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究方向緊密結(jié)合、有助于提升實(shí)驗(yàn)室產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)的企業(yè)相關(guān)技術(shù)人員申請。申請人應(yīng)以本實(shí)驗(yàn)室的一個(gè)研究組為依托,受到資助后與依托課題組合作開展實(shí)質(zhì)性研究工作。
2、每項(xiàng)開放課題資助經(jīng)費(fèi)為5-15萬元,研究期限為兩年。
3、研究課題需與本實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究方向相關(guān),鼓勵(lì)和本實(shí)驗(yàn)室的相關(guān)研究組結(jié)合。
4、鼓勵(lì)學(xué)科交叉以及與本實(shí)驗(yàn)室優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ)的研究課題。
三、申請辦法:
1、申請人須認(rèn)真填寫《纖維材料改性國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室開放課題申請書》,紙質(zhì)版申請書一式兩份,須由申請人和單位負(fù)責(zé)人簽字,并加蓋公章;電子版申請書通過電子郵件發(fā)送(蓋章頁請掃描后附上)。
2.實(shí)驗(yàn)室常年接收開放課題申報(bào)材料,2021年度開放課題申請截止日期:2020年6月30日。

Open Research Fund
Since it was founded in 1992, SKLFPM has successfully passed national assessments in 2003, 2008 and 2013, and awarded the “Excellent National Key Laboratory” in the fourth national assessment in 2018. During these years, it has made significant achievements in many fields such as attracting disciplinary talents, promoting the development of scientific research, constructing the research platform, expanding the academic communication under the guidance the policy of SKLFPM, "Openness, Mobility, Cooperation, Competition".
In order to promote domestic and international academic communication and cooperation, introduce high-level talents in various forms, improve the academic research level and teaching level of SKLFPM, and strengthen the role of high-level discipline construction and high-level innovative talent cultivation, the open project fund is set according to the pertinent regulations of Ministry of Education “Opinions on the implementation of the visiting scholar system in the State Key Laboratory of Higher Education and the Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Education”, “The Administrative Regulations for Special Funds for Visiting Scholars in the State Key Laboratory of Colleges and the Key Laboratory of Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Education” and “The Administrative Regulations for the Construction of State Key Laboratories”, State Education Commission “The Administrative Regulations for Open Labs in Colleges and Universities”, We sincerely invite domestic and foreign researchers in related fields to apply the open research project and encourage joint application with our laboratory’s researchers. The laboratory academic committee will determine the open project on the principle of "fair competition, scientific review, support for the best”.
The guidelines for 2021 annual open project are released as follows:
I. Main research fields of the open projects supported by SKLFPM:
High performance fibers and composite materials;
Functional fibers and low-dimensional materials;
Environmentally friendly and bio-based fiber materials;
Other basic researches related to fiber materials.
II. Funding principles:
1.The applicant of the open research fund should at least have an associate professor position or Ph.D degree and get some teaching, research or engineering experiences in domestic or foreign well-known universities, research institutions and companies. In order to improve the growth of young scientists, SKLFPM preferentiallysupports applicants under 45 years old. We encourage the technicists whose research directions are related to laboratory and will be helpful to improve industrial base of our laboratory to apply for fund. The applicants should combine with our laboratory’s research group and conduct substantive cooperation after funded by laboratory.
2.Each project can be supported 50,000 to 150,000 RMB and usually lasts two years.
3.Encourage interdisciplinary and complementary research with our laboratory.
III. Application
1.The applicant shall fill in the application form “The Open Project Application Form of State Key Laboratory for Modification of Chemical Fibers and Polymer Materials” and submit duplicate hardcopies and electronic edition. on in charge of the institute, and sealed by the applicant’s institute before submitting the proposal to SKLFPM. The electronic application form should be sealed, scanned and sent to sklfpm@dhu.edu.cn by e-mail.
