Hydroxy-terminated polyurethane prepolymers were synthesized using polyester 600, polycaprolactone diols and polycarbonate diols as soft segments respectively. The tensile and wear-resistance of polyurethane films cured using blocked isocyanates curing agent were studied. The results show that the polyurethane using polyester 600 as soft segment has best wear-resistance and the wear-resistance propertie of the polyurethane ink can be improved significantly by adding fumed silica. |
